Streaming & Recording

We offer a wide range of services from live streaming, to single or multi-camera recording and editing. All of our services can be tailored to suit the event at hand and also to suit your needs.

O.B Unit

The Kairos high definition outside broadcast unit delivers uncompromising quality and flexibility. With a capacity of up to eight cameras, it has the capability for the recording and live broadcast of any event.

Production

Kairos has been working in the field of Radio and Television Production for over 20 years. During this time we have produced a vast number of high quality documentary and feature programmes for broadcast.

TV & Radio Studios

Kairos TV Studio is a sound proofed 128 sq. meters studio. The Radio studio has two separate studios for live panel discussions as well as voiceover work. The studios have been used by
RTÉ, Sky & TG4 amongst others.

Education & Training

We work in partnership with Maynooth University to deliver media production modules for degree & masters programmes in media studies. We also offer TV studio workshops to second level students and as corporate team-building days.

For more than 30 years Kairos has functioned as a media production and training facility. As well as producing high quality programmes for national radio and television, Kairos is also committed to media education and training.

Maynooth University

In partnership with Maynooth University, Kairos have been providing media facilities and editing suites for the 3 year BA in Media Studies for almost 2 decades.

Post Graduate Diploma

St. Patrick's College, Maynooth

A new course in Christian Communications and Media Practice: based in the Kairos studios and edit suites, this course is a year long diploma course in conjunction with St. Patrick's College Maynooth.

TY TV @ Kairos

TYTV Days here at Kairos give Transition Year students a taste of what it's like to work in a fully operational T.V. studio.
Over the course of the day, they create, film, and record their own programme, choosing their own content and style throughout the day.
